January 7, 200818 yr I don't think you get free throws on a player control foul. Correct. High school changed their rule last year that no FTs are shot even when there is a foul on the offense during a loose ball. If there is still team control, no fouls are awarded the team that was fouled. I think they did this to speed up the game a bit. I think college still uses the old rule.
