What does West Carter need to do to improve in 2008? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

West replaces a large (in small school standards) senior class. They do return a few key players, such as Quarterback Ace Puckett and sure handed WR Andrew Owens. Should be a very young team, but should once again compete for a playoff spot in the 5 team district. The Comets will need to mature early to extend their postseason streak to 3, though as Russell and Mason are always tough, and I would expect East and Lewis to be much improved.

Definitely a rebuilding season for the comets. They will return Puckett and Owens but 2 players can't beat 11. Should be interesting when the comets come into town in Grayson.

True statement Ninersfan, they are unproven. West Carter will work hard and coach Brown will get the best out of his players. I will say the rematch against East will be exciting to watch, it's been a while since West has taken 2 in a row against the raiders, have they ever won 3 or more in a row against the men from grayson???

Tim Baldwin was only at East two years, in which West Carter won both meetings. Donald Damron won his first meeting. Meaning, to my knowledge, West has never won three in a row!
