footballer11
yea.. Ludlow played a great first half and was up by 18 at half..their press was working, they were hitting their shots, and their posts were playing good. In the second half owen just came out pumped and their press killed Ludlow...and owen just took control...daughtery for ludlow finished with 26...in my opinion i think carroll and Ludlow will be a great game but it might come down to carrolls quickness or ludlows size.. p.s. The Refs were terrible..but they were terrible both ways it was rediculous.
LHSFAN
Ludlow was up by 14 going in to half played an awesome 1st half then they just got tired. The fouls were killing em. they couldnt get a break for nothing. Hurts when ya have one of ur tall girls not playing either. Hard fault game for the lady panthers... Congrads Owen. futurecoach
Tough loss. At this point in time, Ludlow is just not as good as they are suppose to be. Definitely not living up to the hype this year. The loss of their starting pg of the last 5 years in Kassi Wofford is really starting to show. Because they have yet to fill her void. However the year is still young. Last year Ludlow peaked too soon, so Ludlow still has plenty of time to get things fixed and playing to their potential.. Lunatic1
Owen had a tremendous 2nd half and just out ran Ludlow. Congrats Owen! Ludlow - Carroll should be a good match-up tonight.
SuperB
When Carroll played Owen a few weeks ago they also had a big lead on the Lady Rebels only to see it almost completely disappear. Owen doesn't quit which is a compliment to their players and coaches.
Mr. Athletics
Owen looks as if they are coming on. They play well together and have good guards and a force in the middle. Ludlow had an 18 point lead at halftime and lost? Wow. Girls' basketball is difficult to predict.
