Does anyone know who the last 20 14th Region Champs were? And Which was the best Team?

I know:

1998-Hazard

1999-Perry Co.

2000-Perry Co.

2001-Hazard

2002-Whitesburg

2003-Powell Co.

2004-Perry Co.

2005-Perry Co.

2006-Hazard

2007-June Buchanan

 

I know the 1986 Hazard was the best thats why i said from 1987-2007.

1988 and 89: Buckhorn won it.

Those Buckhorn teams were great, Jody Noble, Kenneth Neace, and one other player can't remember his name, were tough!! IMO, I would have to say the 1986 Hazard Bulldogs. They were the last 14th region team to make it to the semi-finals of the Sweet Sixteen, losing to PRP. That doesn't automatically make them the best team in the last 20 years, but they have to be in the top 3.
