I realize that this is an Indiana player, but since his team played in the Border Bowl, a few of the poster here may have an interest.

Anyways, Paul McIntosh of F.J. Reitz High School in Evansville, completed his senior season by leading Reitz to the Indiana 4A championship.

He finished up with 1621 yards rushing for 34 TD's; and 2292 yards passing for 22 TD's. The article I read also mentioned that he had a 3.8 in the classroom. He will be continuing his career at Ball State next season.

INDIANA POY – PAUL MCINTOSH

The 6-foot-2, 210-pound McIntosh gained 3,442 total yards and scored 47 total touchdowns for the Panthers (13-0) this season. McIntosh completed 129-of-199 passes for 2,066 yards and 18 touchdowns against just four interceptions. He also rushed for 1,376 yards and 29 scores on 165 carries. Showcasing all his talents in a 61-60 Class 4A regional title win over Columbus East, McIntosh connected on 18-of-27 attempts for 219 yards and a score, rushed for 232 yards and six touchdowns on 29 carries and scored the game-winning two-point conversion.

McIntosh has maintained a 3.8 GPA in the classroom while serving as a class officer on the school’s student council. Also a track and field standout, McIntosh volunteers as part of numerous church and community-service initiatives, coordinating efforts in the Elderly Family Project and escorting special needs children to the renowned West Side Nut Club Fall Festival. He’s won the Daughter’s of the American Revolution Good Citizenship Award for embodying honor, service, courage, leadership and patriotism through various school projects and activities.

He made the most recent Sports Illustrated Faces in the Crowd!

That is better than my season on John Elway Football when I learned how to hit those buttons and run really fast and sorta cheat. I can't fathom that. I would say, that kid writes his own ticket.

They may get him on the field at Ball State, but not at quarterback for at least two years. Nate Davis, their QB may be the best sophomore quarterback in America.

Suprised a QB w/ those skills would pick Ball State w/ Nate at QB

He was a MAN against Owensboro Catholic in the Border Bowl and his brother was an outstanding receiver also. Man I wish the Border Bowl was this weekend so the whole season was in front of us again!!!!

I got the opportunity to see this kid play a few games and saw highlights from about every game they played this year. He is as good as avertised. His bother is also a WR on the team and will be a senior and I also heard that they have a younger brother that I think is a freshman that may be the best of all the McIntosh boys. If I am correct next year's border bowl Reitz will be playing the Owensboro Red Devils. Some of the plays Paul made this year just in the highlights I saw were just amazing if this boy was in KY he would have probably won Mr. Football in KY. They haven't announced Mr. football in Indiana yet but I know he is in the running.
