Lone Oak 38 Warren East 35

Featured Replies

I feel terrible for East, but they did go much farther than any other Raider team ever did. A great job done by the players, the staff, and Coach Bruni!:D:thumb:

I know one professional golfer (Kenny Perry) who is ecstatic right now that Lone Oak made it to Louisville! (former Lone Oak student and golfer).

Purple Flash, make wky proud in Louisville next Saturday!!:D:thumb:

Lone Oak in the state championship game ... unbelievable. To those of us that have watched the program struggle for most of the last 25 years, those words are a real jolt. This is only Lone Oak's third winning season since 1984. Until this season, the school had won a grand total of one playoff game.

They will be a big underdog next week, but I'm sure the Purple Flash will be there ...

This heartfelt congrats goes out to Coach Duncan of Lone Oak. Here is a Man of tremendous character, strength, Faith, and heart. He loves people and geniunely cares. Lone Oak has a great man working for them.

Go get them Coach, I know you are firing them up just as you did for me 20 years ago back at Ft Knox. Go Coach, I miss seeing down here.

People involved in the Lone Oak program will tell you that Duncan has made a huge impact on the team, and not simply in his role as defensive coordinator. His son has been an impact player, too.

Hey guys sorry this is a little off topic but where is Lone Oak?

Paducah.
