I'm not a big enough risk taker to take a rookie QB in his first NFL start.

Probably Gray out of the choices you gave. I'm not saying that Clemons is a bad bet, its just a risky bet that could really pay off. Or he could be gone before the 1st half is over and Pennington back in.
