The Scribe
Trigg played terrible and Christian County got the job done. Vashun Banks ran for 228 yards and five touchdowns Christian County. Trigg had their Ham Festival on their minds instead of football it looked like. Good win for the Colonels.

The Scribe
I never do. My clothes still reek of pork chop sandwiches and funnel cakes. I may not wash them for a week.

Tigertalker
There's some coach talk that Trigg may have peaked too soon. This week Christian Co. was on their Fall Break and the Colonel Coaches was concerned that their team would also take a break. But Steve Lovelace had his defense prepared. CC was concerned about that Trigg athletes but felt like their offensive play calling has gotten predictable and that seemed true tonight. Love said after the game that by the middle of the 2nd quarter the defensive coaches was yelling where the ball was going before it was snapped. CC first team defense gave up 1 TD to Trigg. Offensively QB James Bauer got some help and that's something he hasn't had a lot of this year. CC ripped Trigg up the middle continuously and had success getting to the edge of the Trigg defense. Nice win for Love and staff. I know they enjoyed it and didn't mind showing it when in the 3rd quarter LB Coach Tony McCombs began waving bye to the Trigg faithful as they made their way out of the stands. Offensive Coordinatoe John Adams ran his offense tonight or what offense he needed to win. He's adding little more each week and Lovelace is allowing him to do that.
