First off, Congrats to Tates Creek and Ty Sparks on a the win. Everyone on that team showed great class.

Please keep in you thoughts and prayers Andrew Liggett. He is an exceptional young man. We are all hoping for the best news on his knee. I hope that the other injuries to Tackett & Mason are not serious and they can be ready for the Admirals next Friday.

To these fine young men in the GRC program. You must keep your heads up and keep moving forward. Many teams have been in the same position you are currently in, and rallied to reverse there course. Your potential on the field is unlimited, but you must put aside any differences individuals may have as work as 1 unit. 1 TEAM.

For the coaches, we GRC fans are behind you and support you. We are appreciative of all that you do for these young men. But there are obvious changes that need to be made for the good of the team.

Let's focus on the positive things that happened in the game and build on that. Another tough game next Friday.[/quote]

Was a pleasure to meet you last night MNCM. :thumb: I felt that Josh and Douggie would be available for the game this Friday, but may not be 100%. Yes do keep Andrew in your thoughts and prayers....will know more after MRI this week.

Both teams played their hearts out last night...is was sad to see someone lose in this game.

Good post MNCM.:thumb:

Article from the Winchester Sun today.

Wow...Another game GRC shouldn't have lost. How has it gotten to this point where they have lost three straight games they were favored to win?

I looked Friday night for the Keith Taylor's story, but GRC banned him from the press box, because I guess of the perceived unfair handling by the Winchester Sun over the racial issue that resulted in a few kids getting suspended. My question...why ban Taylor, he didn't write the story?

What gives there?

Thank you, all of us here at GRC appreciate it. I will post the results of his MRI as soon as I get the Info.

Tell him to hang in there! He will be back on the field before you know it!

Madison Central just beat Danville by 3 TDs.

Danville beat Boyle by a TD on Friday.

Henry Clay had to score in the last seconds of the game to beat Boyle last week.

GRC just finished the easiest stretch of their schedule 0-3 and you are calling one of the above teams overrated?:thumb::lol:

Trust me, theres one overrated big time.

Trust me, theres one overrated big time.

We are in no state to say that another team is overrated if they are, even though I don't think any of those teams are. Those 3 are very well disciplined and good football teams. GRC will have to bring their A game in each of these games to have a shot at pulling out a W.

One last thing last year 06, GRC, team had the best team in the state, hands down, speed, power, and quickness, .

What? WOW! Reality check. If you want people to listen to your opinion you can't post something that outrageous.

Trust me, theres one overrated big time.

Bear, usually I 'm a little more specific and a lot more measurable but I'm not in to violateing any rules or upsetting readers, or diehard parents. So let's just leave that one overrated team, alone, plus in time everybody will identify who they are.
