Is this bad for UK?

Wow!!!:creepy:

Maybe I watched another game than you, but the game I watched had no defense at all, and neither team should have the word good next to defense. If I remember the stats right they have up 400 yards passing to Brohm and 5 tds. They gave up a 200 yard rusher, and also let three guys have more than 100 yards receiving in the game. And not to mention they gave up over 50 points. Yeah the defense had some good hits, which stopped Louisville from getting 70 points instead. But in no way can anyone say that their defense did good, they did terrible. Now the offense they did good, especially since they only scored 14 points on florida atlantic last week...

How many times did they stop UL? Force fumbles (4), keep them to a field goal? I think those things count as defense.

Defense is all about not giving up points or yards. If MTSU's defense played good last night, UK's played spectacular every game last season, because they never looked that bad.

They forced 4 fumbles....How many did they recover?

BTW, MTSU gave up an amazing 27 points and 400 yards of offense last weekend....Yeah, I'd say that's improved.

 Well if thats the case, then Mike Archer is the best defensive coordinator in the country and UK's defense has no chance of improving this year compared to last. I didnt realize how good we were.

Well, fine.

Forget it! I didn't mean they'd become the next powerhouse! All I meant was that they had improved greatly over last week. But hey! If you want to be evil and all, go ahead. I'm not here to "down" any team at all. I look for the positives, and frankly, I think MTSU had a lot of positives from week-to-week.

I'm not a football snob. I prefer to give credit where credit is due.

I guess because you think UL should not ever be held to a field goal or have to punt that the defense was pretty good.Talk about well:rolleyes:

NO.....there you go...putting words in my mouth (or post..).

I simply was stating that MTSU improved from last week against FAU. I said nothing about what I think UL should or shouldn't have happen in a game.

I think their offense improved a lot more than the defense.:D
