Does anyone have any info/updates on the injury to Raceland's Shannon Large in the scrimmage this past Saturday?

I've been told he has a broken leg.......Prayers to him and his family.

The broken leg diagnosis must have come about since yesterday. I spoke to his grandfather and his report was "thankfully just a deep bruise." Sorry to hear that it has changed. He is an awfully good kid. Prayers for a quick recover!

Very sad news to hear, Large is a very good kid ands will be missed on the field this season. Prayers continue for him.

Just spoke with Shannon's grandfather. It seems the hospital called after the radiologist read the x-ray and he has a fracture in his lower leg. He is in a cast. His grandfather didn't mention the MCL, but I sure hate to hear that. He is a senior and is very disappointed. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Large family. Tough loss for the Rams.

Large is goin to see a specialist monday to see how long he will be out for.
