Scott Code at Campbell County

Coach Scott Code, has been selected as the new Basketball Coach at Campbell County.

 

How will he do in his first year, in both District and Region play.

I think he'll do fine, and with CC's returning talent and the graduation losses at Brossart, Scott and Silver Grove, the Camels should be the favorite to win the district!! It will be interesting to see who he names as his assistants, and what personnel moves he makes within the roster? I think he's got quite a few returning seniors? Maybe someone closer to the program can enlighten us as to the expected roster, or who's been at the open gyms?? He'll have to deal with some late arrivals due to football & soccer, but he's been to that movie with the multiple sport kids at Brossart & Highlands!!

First, congratulations to Coach Code and to Campbell County for selecting an excellent coach to lead your boys' basketball program.

 

Campbell Co has some good experience and talent back from last year's team. They will be the definite favorite for the 37th district due to major losses of talent thru graduation at Brossart and Scott.

 

I personally think this will be a vastly improved team on the defensive side of the floor and will be more aggressive and better fundamentally.

I think CC in his first year has enough to win the district and if they draw opposite Mason Co. a legit chance to make it to the regional finals, as a ton of 10th region teams have been hit hard by graduation, good luck Mr. Code.

Probably an early pick to win District and with the right draw could make some noise in the region. However, if anyone in 10th beats Mason this year it would be a monumental upset!
