August 10, 200719 yr Author Right...and he may...UK can not win with Keenan having a big game, and no one else...I have a feeling that U of L is hedging themselves in locking everyone else down...Lyons is fast...but not Turenne fast.

So by this logic, now that David Jones has moved back to CB, then we might as well say that Harry Douglas or Mario Urrutia will be shut down? By all accounts Jones is just as fast as Turenne, the kid ran a 4.31 at UK's Pro Day. But to be serious, I think the Turenne kid will be an excellent CB before it's said and done, but as of right now I am not sold on him until I see him on the field. What does scare me, is the fact that UL still is athletically superior to UK in the secondary, even if they don't have Turenne playing. Lindley is without a doubt UK's best DB, McClinton takes alot of chances which sometimes results in big plays, but more often than not has resulted in getting burnt. The other CB position is still undetermined (Warford struggled mightily last year, Moore got toasted often, Jones hasn't played CB in a year, and Adams hasn't showed me anything), and Strong Safety is still undetermined as well.

You are 100% correct,,, but I personally think that it will be next to impossible to shut down both of those great receivers, especially when you have Brohm passing who can put the ball exactly where it needs to be to exactly the receiver it needs to go. I can't wait to watch the game and feel UK does have a chance to win, but the realist in me thinks that unless Louisville loses this game with their own mistakes, that Kentucky won't beat them.
