I'm surprised that the Owensboro Southern LL team isn't in this....they seem to be there every year.

 

Best of luck to all of the teams playing in this tournament and I hope to see the Ky State winner on ESPN on August 11th at 8 EST/7 CST...this will mean they're plaing in the Great Lakes Regional Finals.

According to the LL website for the Great Lakes Region, the semi's are on 8/9 with the finals being on 8/11.

It starts on the 2nd and finishes on the 11th. I put the 10th, but messed up. Hopefully one of these teams will be in the finals for us to watch.

Bowling Green East went undefeated winning their pool and will play St. Matthews in the semifinals and Warren Co. Southern also did not lose in their pool play and will face Lexington East in the semifinals.

The St. Joe's field, one of which they play on, has a wall in LF, that is reminiscent of the Red Sox.
