The Big East is trying to get even weaker...and most people said it was impossible...
Not really, Navy has been to several bowl games in the last few years. Army on the other hand is Army, but they have a following and traditional only matched by Alabama, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, and few others. It is not really weak when you consider that this year Navy or Army would replace Murray State or Middle Tennessee state on Louisvilles schedule because Vandy backed out.
