Jackson City- don't know Owsley County- I'll stay away from that one:D Letcher High-don't know Letcher Central-Too new to say. Whitesburg- The guard from their state team a few years ago. Ben Bowling, he played for them in the late 90's. Very athletic but if I recall he had several discipline problems. I remember when Tubby Smith came and watched him play at the Palace in Booneville in 1999. I think he ended playing for a short time at TULANE.
