In most years Breathitt will dominate this district, and they probably will next year. Jackson City has had some good teams in the past few years, and Wolfe has as well, but Breathitt will always be the team to beat.

I expect Breathitt to be #1, Riverside #4 and the other two pretty equal. Wolfe did play Jackson once this summer and beat them. I understand that one of Wolfe county's players went to Riverside.
