Now that was one fine baseball game with kids making great plays right and left, shots at people, very few strikeouts, two outstanding pitching efforts, two fine teams. The old cliche - too bad someone had to lose was so true today. The Birds and Ryle have played some good ole good ones as Marty would say.

 

In regards to POY in NKY, I say it is a 6-man race for POY. I will list them in alphabetical order: Allen, Elliott, Farris, Maile, Taylor and Wagner. Good luck to all of these young men.

But that "un-biased" phrase, now that's some funny stuff, I don't care who ya are. Just in case you have trouble getting off your high horse Mr. Committee man, these kids don;t give a hoot about stats as long as they get the W. And that's something you and the good ole boys can't vote on.
