You are alot higher on Adams than I am.

A lot of NFL GM's must be as well. I have looked at over 10 draft boards om the past week and Adams is a top three-five guy in every one of them. :thumb:

He is the best pass-rush prospect in the past 3 years and every team now is searching for the next Jason Taylor or Julius Peppers. He fits the same mold.

If Detroit doesnt take him, he drops to the 6-10 range. Okoye and Landry are both better than him in my mind.

9. Miami Dolphins Dwayne Jarrett WR USC

10 Houston Texans is on the clock

Okoye is a DT, and Landry is a Safety. Some teams do not need a DT or S, especially teams in the top five as much as they do a pass rushing D-End. Thus Adams goes first.

You could be right Fieldhouse, but if you are then you should get a job right along with Mel Kiper Jr. Again im not picking just based on my opinion, I have been studying the draft for the past month and almost everything I have looked at and read has Adams top 5 and no where less. If you don't believe me.....look for yourself.

I never said that mock drafts didnt say that. Mock drafts are just that though, MOCKS and it only matters what the team with the picks think about the player. You could show me a million mock drafts and I would still think Landry and Okoye are better players (and yes I know what position that they play but thanks for clearing it up). Adams is the third best defensive players avaliable. Alot of teams choose to draft the best avaliable player, someone who could not particuarlly fill a need they have. For example the Saints last year. They already had a good RB but they took Bush because he was the BEST PLAYER yet to be taken. This happens alot.

11. SF selects Ted Ginn Jr.- WR Ohio St.

Buffalo is on the clock followed by

13. St. Louis

14. Carolina

15. Pittsburgh

16. Green Bay

17. Jacksonville

18. Cincinnati

All I am saying is most of these draft websites are composed after having talks with the teams themselves, and they create their drafts based on what they GM's have told them. I don't disagree with you totally that Hall or Okoye are better players, but to think guys like Mel Kiper Jr. and others like him who make this a profession and talk to teams on a daily basis are completely fabricating their information just on their own opinions is just a crazy absurbtion. Like said, these guys talk to NFL teams on a daily basis, especially Mel Kiper Jr, and even Mel has said NFL teams call him just to see what other teams in front of them are saying. Couldn't make this stuff up.

I agree Gains is a top 5 prospect, but I don't think he is a Taylor or Peppers.

Its just my opinion. I have seen him play in person and I wasn't that impressed. If UK's OL could contain him in the second half then what do you think NFL offensive lines will do to him? We will see come draft day.
