All A Tournament; Region 16 predictions

First Round matchups feature Raceland vs. Fairview and Meneffe Co. vs. Bath Co.. Elliot Co. and Rose Hill both received first round bi's. The winner of Raceland/Fairview will player Elliot and the winner of Bath and Meneffe with play Rose Hill.

 

My prediction

 

Raceland/Fairview- Raceland 11 Fairview 2

Meneffe Co./Bath Co.- Bath 7 Meneffe 3

 

Raceland/Elliot Co.- Raceland 15 Elliot 0

Bath Co/ Rose Hill- Bath 10 Rose Hill 6

 

Raceland/Bath Co.- Raceland 8 Bath Co. 1

I agree. Fairview is down a little this year. These two always seem to draw each other in the first round . By far the best two A schools in baseball in this region. Raceland will cruise and get their second 16th A championship in three years.

Raceland will come out of the 16th by beating Bath in the finals and advance to the sectionals. GO RAMBLERS!!! :flame:

I'm picking the Royals over Bath because since their trip to Myrtle Beach they have been playing much better. Winning two in a row they should also come in with some confidence. If you will remember the Royals only lost to Fairview 4 to 1 while I believe Fairview mercied Bath.

I hope the Rams do not overlook anyone in this tournament. If they stay focused and play one game at a time they should win the Region.

Im going to have to go with my rams on this one. They have a strong pitching staff and I expect the sophmores to step up. Wilson and Carver have been playing really well the last couple of games.

Going to go with the Rams. They will be ready to play. They played some excellent ball in Cocoa Beach from what I was told and I think the first game back was working out the kinks. Go Rams!
