Devan Downey... ;)

I enjoyed Downeys play at UC, but in my opinon he has long way to go to replace Tre' Kelly. USC is going to miss him bad. They are going to need help from some other player besides Downey. Odom has not really ever made the grade in the SEC and I don't see it happening this season either. I think at this time I would have to go with the Vols.

UT should be the favorite. They return the most talent to the SEC east.
