March 21, 200719 yr 3 rebounds a game, almost 2 assists per game Case closed. Just for Scar I'm replacing C Lo with Psycho T...
March 21, 200719 yr 20.7 ppg, 3 rebounds a game, almost 2 assists per game, and his team is in the final 16 of the NCAA tournament Those numbers show he scores, and he does so in a system that is perfect for his style. I can't think of anyone on my roster that he's better than...
March 21, 200719 yr As long as I can have Law Lofton Brewer Durant Morris I may not need a bench but for the sake of the argument here they are: 1. Fazekas 2 Tucker 3 Oden (He would start, but he would be an offensive liability to this fire-power starting 5, and heck Brewer and Durant are both 6'8" or taller, right?) From this point on down the list, 4-7 probably won't get on the floor 4 Rush 5 B. Wright 6 Jodie Meeks, (yeah I put him on here, he could be great!) 7 Dwight Perry, (I just like him, and I don't know why)
March 21, 200719 yr G: Chris Lofton (Tenn) G: Acie Law IV (A&M) F: Ross Neltnet(Vandy) F: Al Thorton (FSU) C: Greg Oden (OSU) Reserves A.J. Graves (Butler) Jared Dudley (B.C.) Edgar Sosa (Louisville) Jarrius Jackson (Texas Tech) Kevin Durant (Texas) Lee Humphrey (Florida) Landon Quick (High Point)
March 21, 200719 yr Author Because I don't think he's one of the best 12 PLAYERS in the country.....Best shooter, maybe. Overall player, not so much. Why do you care so much? He is definately better than Byers and Lawson. If he isn't that good why is EVERYOnE else picking him?
March 21, 200719 yr He is definately better than Byers and Lawson. If he isn't that good why is EVERYOnE else picking him? Byars was named conference player of the year by the coaches....You know, the ones that really know what they're talking about, not the media who votes based on what will draw the best story. Lawson is a PG and would run circles around Lofton...No way could Lofton stay in front of him. I never said he isn't good, just that he isn't one of the best 12 players in the country. Many people on this site pick Lofton because of the fact that he is a KY boy who has done extremely well. I have my opinion and you have yours. Everyone on here has different lists and you single mine out because I don't have your "boy" on my list. You are quickly becoming an agenda poster, whose sole purpose of posting is to promote your boy Lofton. I find it rather comical....
March 21, 200719 yr The SEC Coaches don't agree... Don't you know that the media knows more about the game than the coaches?
March 21, 200719 yr I wonder if people in Louisiana would have Jarrius Jackson from Texas Tech on their list. How is it possible he played in a slower system and put up the same numbers as Lofton???
March 21, 200719 yr F: Kevin Durant C: Greg Oden F: Hibbert G: Acie Law SG: Brandon Rush Then I'd take Florida's starting five off the bench along with Ty Lawson and Chris Lofton.
March 21, 200719 yr Don't you know that the media knows more about the game than the coaches? I wish...
March 21, 200719 yr He is definately better than Byers and Lawson. If he isn't that good why is EVERYOnE else picking him? I needed a great pure scorer:thumb:
March 21, 200719 yr Case closed. Just for Scar I'm replacing C Lo with Psycho T... Wooooooo.
March 21, 200719 yr Law, Durant & Oden are musts IMO. Then I would take Lofton to shoot & Hansbrough to do it all but go beyond the arc. Afflalo, Green, Lawson, Horford & Rush would be coming off the bench.
