March 17, 200719 yr The chalk is going to be 27-5 in the first round as soon as USC finishes off Arkansas. 3 of those 5 upsets were the slimmest of upsets in the 8 over the 9. Both the others were 11 seeds over 6 seeds. The upsets we've been conditioned to look for, the 10 over the 7, 12 over the 5; they never happened. I wonder how often the top 5 seeds in every region have advanced to the second round. Obviously zero times in the last 6 years.
