This year the Hundley family will be all over the state tournament. Oldest Brother Brian is an assistant at Shelby Valley. Middle brother Scott is an assistant at Scott County. Youngest brother Cameron is a junior at Scott County.

Have there been other family connections in the Sweet 16?

I don't know about any other families but this is pretty impressive for the Hundley's.

In '04, Covington Catholic had 2 sets of brothers on the team. Ross ('04) & Brennan Votel ('03) as well as Scott ('03) & Todd Jacobs ('07).

Brennan Votel and Scotty Jacobs were 2005 grads.

Elliott Co will have twin brothers Ethan and Evan Faulkner starting, Chris Knipp will start with brother Timmy coming off the bench.

Absolutely. My mistake. :thumb:

Tyler Maynard for Elliott and Ashley Hatfield form Shelby Valley are cousins and will meet in the tourney

Go back a few years to the old Virgie team that played, I think in 1981 at Rupp. Todd May and another one in his family, and three or four Newsomes I think. A play by play man's nightmare.

Richie and Russ Farmer were pretty fun to watch.

I thought by now there would be some Myricks (Mason), Pangalos (Newport CC), and Pounceys (Holmes)... listed on this thread. Maybe they were too spread out?
