Warren Central won in the 4th?

Not a good week of selecting winners by this coach.

 

Cheered with my heart for Brossart who went out of the 10th Semis on Saturday.

 

Was thoroughly convinced that Mason County would prevail in the 10th finals where they were upset by Clark County.

 

Wanted to see Bardstown make it since they were the team that we (Brossart) had beaten in the "A" State finals, but somebody named Adair County ended that dream.

 

I thought that Gallatin County had a big chance in the 8th against Simon Kenton, but they got thumped and just when I had decided that it would be great to see Coach Trent Steiner and the Pioneers at Rupp, they got knocked off by Oldham County.

 

Took solace that CovCath and their ever popular Crazies would be fun to see win the 9th and entertain at Rupp, they get smoked in OT by Holmes.

 

Go Figure!

 

Looks like I'll be spending more time at Keeneland playing the OTB than at Rupp. Hope I do a better job with my selections there!
