I am going to post regional threads on this topic. I want to know what teams in WKY are going to have spring football practice and what that practice consists of? Then the fun part will be comparing how much schools do in the spring and how successful they are in the fall.

Mayfield will have a spring practice. I will get back to about what they are going to do after I talk to my son.

Lone Oak had spring practice and had a inner squad scrimmage game Fri night that simulated a real game complete with about 400 fans, concessions, game clock, real refs, ect... the whole nine yards. Players even wore their jerseys to school the day of
