Down 27-24 at the half, the Lady Royals outscored Greenup County 21-8 in the 3rd quarter.

Good win for the Lady Royals in a physical game. This could have been their best played 3rd quarter this season.

It's official, the Lady Royals play again tomorrow night at Belfry, 5:30 & 7:00.

Are any of you fans going to be able to make it?

The Himmelfarbs, as the Lord wills, should make it just in time for the varsity game.

And for the record, tonight's refs were more than gracious after the game and wished us good luck in post-season play. I told them how much I appreciated their, ugh hum...forbearance...during the game with some of the more vocal Lady Royal fans. Who were those people?;)

Good win for Pam and the girls. You got to hand it to GC, they came in with a pretty good game plan. It looked like they just ran out of gas. Good luck at Belfry. More luck on the bus ride to and from.

Good game tonight.

Thanks to Rickyp and scooterbob for their hospitality. scooterbob could see we all could use diet drinks.:thumb:

The refs did a fair job tonight. They let the girls play. I think that Paul would have been proud.

One more comment before I crash...

I want to congratulate Kelsee Hammonds, Maria Friley, Lindsay Adkins and Abbey Dundon for their fine defensive effort tonight. Others get more press, girls, but your efforts do not go unnoticed and are much appreciated.

:thumb: Good Post. There are a lot of girls (and on boys on the boys side of it also) on teams that contribute greatly and don't neccessarily get the press as others do. Imo that is what makes a "Team". Your are correct in these girls need more mention than they recieve.

Indeed, not only proud but I believe he would have been inspired as well. :jump:
