The Battle for the District 2 #1 seed is upon us. Bethlehem comes into this district showdown 7-0 on the season. Kentucky Country Day comes into this matchup at 5-2 on a 5 game winning streak. The winner still won’t have the district locked up yet but they will be in the drivers seat to win it. Who wins this Class 1A Top 10 matchup?

This is one of the most interesting matchups in the state this week. If we look at SOS, then KCD is a 2 TD favorite. But Bethlehem has won big despite facing a weaker schedule. The margin of victory somewhat negates the weaker SOS factor. I see KCD getting the win but it should be a battle.

I'm rolling with the Bearcats. Only a select few teams in 1A want a piece of the champs right now. I don't have Bethlehem on that list. I could have this one all wrong, but I think KCD prevails by multiple scores.
