Highlands Freshmen travel down US27 for a matchup against Campbell County.

Kickoff: 6:00

Campbell County foes face off as the 5-0 Highlands Bluebirds travel south to face the 3-2 Campbell County Camels.

Kickoff: 6:00p, Thursday 10/8/26 at Campbell County HS

Team Outlooks

  • Campbell County Camels (3-2): The Camels are coming off a nice bounce-back victory against the Dixie Heights Colonels following a tough loss to the winless Covington Catholic Colonels.  A lot of talent on this Camels team, so if they can come in healthy, they are capable of giving the Birds a good game.

  • Highlands Bluebirds (5-0): The Birds are now the lone undefeated team in the league following a physical game against the Beechwood Tigers, winning 27-0.  If HHS hopes to stay undefeated, they need to come out firing and focused.

Common Opponents:
BW: Birds won 27-0, Camels lost 30-0

CCH: Birds won 42-0, Camels lost 20-13

Dixie: Birds won 48-8, Camels won 15-0

Game Link: Researching. Will post if located.

Fun Note: Birds WR/DB Drew Thompson gets to face off against his former middle school classmates in this matchup.  He may be a Fort Thomas resident now, but he remains close to his ex-teammates and those friendships are still solid.  You can expect the Camels to dig deep to win the game and the battle for bragging rights.

It should be available on HUDL according to the listing on Campbell County's Hudl site.

Any info on if the livestream is going to happen?
