Johnson Central 🦅 vs. Pulaski County 🏴‍☠️

🗞️ | Size Matters In Somerset As Mighty Maroons Host Battered JC

🦅 | The quintessential mountain men and longtime purveyors of intimidation. Currently laid low amidst the program's worst start in seventeen years after being taken to the woodshed by Pikeville.

🏴‍☠️ | The Maroons are channeling vintage Johnson Central, mowing down the opposition behind a wave of maroon muscle and star ball carrier Kasen Brock. They're making a triumphant return home after snatching victory from Corbin in the final minutes.

✏️ 📖 | JC was in peak form last year as the Golden Eagles piled up a robust 534 rushing yards and 50 points en route to a slightly surprising three score thrashing of the Maroons. Pulaski County leads the all-time series 3-2.

Lake Cumberland Sports will be Live Streaming. Bob Boon and Gilbert Wilson on the call.

I really like this Pulaski team. They seem to be on their way to a return to Kroger Field. Give me PC 35-7

They're a little too reliant on Kasen Brock for my liking, but they've looked strong so far. The freshman quarterback has played with poise beyond his years.

14-0 PC.

This JC team just had not been the same for the last few years.

Both Pulaski scores were long passes. Kal Ridner - the freshman quarterback I referenced above - has quite an arm.

I feel like this year is the first year I really noticed it.

21-0

That last touchdown was a short run by Brock.
