Since I am a new member, didn't post when it happened but wanted to give a huge,huge shout out on this particular thread for the two young ladies(I can't remember if they were Conner or Highlands cheerleaders) that performed the national anthem live and in person before this quarterfinal game(not like the video national anthem today at Rupp) with violins. Have seen many stunning things in all sports, but nothing had my jaw on the floor like that performance. I turned around to some ladies sitting behind me to say, "did that just happen" and they were in tears. The Sweet 16 should have those 2 perform at the finals and I am sure they would do it live, not on video. What an accomplishment young ladies.
