Is anyone else completely befuddled that the KHSAA changed the regional and state diving meets to 6 dives instead of 11, less than a month before regionals?  They essentially change the game after teams had trained for months.  The rationale was "to increase participation". In no other sport do you lower the bar much less mid-season because some areas of the state have a hard time competing with the NKY, Lex, and Louisville powerhouses.  It would be the basketball equivalent of getting rid of the three-point line because some people don't shoot it well.

Six classes in football, four teams per district, and more chitter chatter from the KHSAA about additional meddling with football.  Or put another way and I love @DragonFire for this because he made it so REAL for me in a college football thread:
