Congrats to Coach Payne. 

Great friend, great guy. Was DC there from 2019-2021, and 2025. Was the Head Coach at Madison Southern 22-24. 

He loves the area and a lot of the kids love him. He will do a good job once they get it rolling.

    Congratulations to Coach Payne.  Hopefully he gets the full support of the parents, boosters and the administration, as well as their patience.  This won't be an easy turnaround.  The Warriors talent level, facilities, and middle school program are firmly at the bottom of the 3 local schools, as well as their district. It is possible to win at Southwestern, and be a top 10 program year in, year out. But this is a total rebuild.
