They need to sign Risner back to play guard. They need to get ahead of the game and extend both Dax Hill and DJ Turner now, rather than wait till they get more expensive. 
 

In Free agency try to add pieces at Safety, LB, and interior DL. There is not many good interior DL that are going to he free agents however. However, try to add pieces in free agency. This way it opens up the draft even more. 
 

I believe the Bengals biggest weakness on defense is having zero interior pass rush. Which hurts our young DEs, since QBs can just move up in pocket. I would love if they could trade for a guy like Jeffrey Simmons, but that most likely won’t happen. 
 

My current top 3 players in the draft I would want is Bain from Miami, Downs for OSU, or DT Peter Woods from Clemson. If the top OT falls to them, then possibly consider that depending on how they attacked free agency. 
 

Bain would be the guy I want the most. A lot of NFL scouts project him as more of an interior rusher in the NFL. However, the Bengals love to also use DEs, to rush from the interior too. So they can use Bain both ways. As reports show Bain’s arm length may be under 31 inches, in comparison Myles Garret has 35 plus inch arms. However, I think Bain can still be very good rushing the passer at either DE or DT in the NFL and makes him more dangerous since they could move him around.

Slotted at 9 in the mock draft I saw. Very rare for a safety to go top 5.
