Final

Hampton getting them primed for the district at "The Den."

WOW

Morgan has lost to Lewis and Fleming.:sssh:

Morgan is down pretty bad this year due to age and injuries. Somethings in the water carried over from football. Very disappointing to the Cougar fans, but they will rebound.

Is Cameron Dunn for Morgan back up off of his ankle and playing?

Cameron Dunn did play tonight and was in and out of the game, definitely not 100%, but much better. He had 7 points, hit a three pointer and a couple of other FG's. When he's 100%, he'll add a legitimate outside scoring threat for the Cougars.

Morgan Co. scored 26 points in 1st Quarter and was blitzing the Lions, up by many as 13-14 points...however, Lewis hung in and outlasted them in the 2nd half.

Lewis beat them off the dribble way too much for the usually tough defense played by Coach Perry's teams. Unofficial record for most first quarter walks in a 16th region game, not for sure on the total, but it was up there and the refs were consistent with the calls!

One official had 10 walks. 7 in first quarter and 3 remainder of the game. However, it wasn't a poorly officiated game at all IMO. They missed the foul right before the half when Morgan's Cameron Dunn clearly got fouled...but other than that...no sour grapes...it was consistent on both sides. It was 2 man crew, I've seen far more bizarre things in 3 man this year. I didn't hear much complaining on both sides.

Cougars regroup for Boyd and then 4 games next week. Lewis priming for a upset bid in the Den vs. Greenup in the district tournament.

I thought it was very fair, agree with you on no foul at half, just haven't seen that many walks by 1 ref. Nice to see you again Nets, sorry I didn't get to talk much, catch you next time.

Good Luck to you all the rest of the season.

You to Big Slick, I will remember to bring the Donnie's Poolroom fish SAMICHES next time:D

Lewis has pulled off the Hat Trick recently.
