Longtime philanthropist and Hazard High graduate passes away at 83. Great supporter of athletics in the mountains and at UK.

Known by many and will be missed.

He certainly loved Hazard/Perry County, and the mountains in general. He will be missed.

He was a good man. He will missed by many mountain people.

I also knew a Joe Baker who played at Hazard in the late 50's. Anyone know anything about Joe. I played college ball with him at Middle Tennessee.

RIP Mr. Cooper. He will be missed by many. I always enjoyed my converstations with him.
