Central Hardin woes continue with a drubbing at the hands of Henderson County, 44-12 at home Friday night. The defensive secondary was beaten early and often thru the air.

Henderson County QB Brody Belt was 12-22 FOR 212 yards passing. WR Avant Baxter was the leading receiver, going off for 145 receiving yards.

On the ground, RB Anzerion Marigny rushed for 100 yards on the Bruins.

These offensive stats are troubling going up against another team in Daviess County that likes to spread the field and throw the ball downfield.

The Central Hardin defensive line plays well at times vs the run but has struggled all season on the back end stopping the passing game. At the beginning of the season, I thought that this game was winnable but at we approach the middle of the season, this is not a good matchup for Central Hardin against a team that can throw the ball.

My Prediction: Daviess County 34 Central Hardin 14

Get under center some.  Play with multiple TE's or a FB at times.  Run downhill.  Get first downs.  Shorten the game.

Taking the Panthers in this one, and I believe that’ll put them in position to be hosting a playoff game, so kudos to Coach Q. Massive improvement from what I saw them out on the field last season.
