Final per the scoreboard.

I watched a few plays and it was all Colonels.

Anyone have a recap for us?

Dixie scored first to take an 8-0 lead. HC then cut the lead to 8-7 on what I believe was the next series. Dixie came right back to score 2 more touchdowns in the first quarter to take a 22-7 lead. In the 2nd quarter, HC got a FG and Dixie got 2 touchdowns including a 74 TD pass right before the half to go up 43-10. A FG in the 3rd put the running clock into play. HC scored 2 touchdowns late against Dixie’s JV team to make it 46-24.

HC had 2 or 3 turnovers to Dixie’s 1. Missed tackles really hurt HC as Dixie had multiple big plays because of it.

JV game for tomorrow has been cancelled.

I have photographed many special moments throughout the years. Miss Irene performing the coin flip on her 95th birthday is certainly one of my favorites!

It has been a very rough road for us Clay fans.

Congrats to Dixie on getting there first win.
