Kentucky Country Day started the 2025 High School Football season off with a huge win on the road against the Defending Class 1A Champs The Sayre Spartans by a score of 31-28. The Bearcats will be on the road this week as they travel across town to take on WEB DuBois who lost a tough opening game matchup against Louisville Holy Cross 22-16. 
This should be a really good matchup as Louisville Holy Cross and Kentucky Country Day had two good battles last season before the Bearcats came out on top. So I expect this game to be really good as WEB DuBois and Louisville Holy Cross duked it out this past Friday. 
 

Who wins this Louisville small school battle? Does Kentucky Country Day get another big road win two weeks in a row? Does WEB DuBois rebound after the loss last week and pick up a huge win at home against the Bearcats?

    I expect this to be a shootout. If the Dubois line gives the QB 3 seconds, then he will get it to the playmakers out wide. KCD looked very sloppy defensively last week, and this week will not be an easy task. KCD offense will continue to roll as I expect the Bearcats to dominate the line of scrimmage. I'll say KCD wins 38-35.
