That's great that Bryan did well. I'm still shocked when I see him at 6'4 or 6'5 when I used to see him as a little kid who was not very tall for his age. Good to see hard work and patience paying off.

He has grown some from his younger years--Actually from his sophmore year!! :thumb: I heard his Dad was really quiet during this game (except on the internet broadcast), but did get in trouble for "cheering to loud" on Press Row--Which apparently is a "place of business"??

By the Way and Back on Topic--Congratulations to the Mustangs on their All "A" STATE Championship!!!! The kids showed a lot of courage fighting their way through the tougher half of the bracket, coming from behind, and most of all--Finishing Games!!

 

To the kids on the team who I know follow this site--Don't let one jealous poster ruin your party!! You won your way through a very tough field of 16 regional winners, and EARNED a tough fought victory over a very fine Bardstown club!! As a couple of NCC supporters told me at EKU, "we consider our All "A" state basketball championship every bit as legitimate as our Class "A" football titles"!!

 

You guys gave me a wealth of memories in those four days!! Thanks to the parents and the students for their awesome support, even at 9:00 AM Thursday Morning!! Keep up the great work, and finish the season strong--There are goals still to be accomplished!! :thumb:

With all the sudden discussion about All "A" realignment, should schools have to chose between the All "A" & Sweet Sixteen, is the All "A" more important than a regional win, etc.; seems like a good time to refocus one more time on why they really play these games, and what this tournament means to the real show--THE PLAYERS!!
