Position open on schools website. Any word on this one?

Very interested to hear what happened here.  Coach Holland seemed to be doing a good job?  Did he leave on his own accord?

His fiancee lives in Evansville and is leaving to move there. Look for the hire to be within as his assistant Matt Kimbler was a finalist for the job the last time it was open. I would also look for them to kick the tires with Greg Overstreet(former Paducah Tilghman head coach) to get a call as well. Both will be great choices to be the next head coach.

As a Graves guy myself, Overstreet would be my choice.

The top two returning players are juniors next year, so there's plenty of talent to work with.

Overstreet's track record with Tilghman makes me believe he's better suited for the role here.

My question to Overstreet would be how many more years do you plan to coach. If its only a couple more years do you go with him or try the unproven assistant(Kimbler) because if he doesn't work out you're changing coaches in a couple years no matter. Hindsight is always 20/20. You know what you're getting with Overstreet with him being a head coach before. You kinda know what you're getting with Kimbler because he's help run alot of the program these last couple head coaches.

Graves also hasn't won a regional tournament game the last 7 years, so I'm more partial to new blood taking the helm and seeing if they could breathe new life into the program.

Currently on the longest stretch in program history without even winning one tournament game.
