Former KCC Coach takes over in Hazard.

He was the coach that many had predicted would most likely end up with the job. I think a couple of his Knott Central players enrolled at Hazard a week or so back. The Bulldogs will probably be the pick by most prognosticators to win the 14th next season. They lose their best player Evin Eversole to graduation but return Seth Caudell (likely the preseason # 1 rated player in the region), Trace Kincaid, Tucker Johnson, and I’m hearing two starters for Knott Central last season, Michael Gibson and Talen Osborne.

The Huff Era begins.  This morning Hazard High School officially named Casey Huff as our next Head Boys Basketball Coach. Coach Huff promises to bring a brand of basketball to the city of Hazard that will showcase a hard nosed defensive minded team with a flare for a an up tempo style of offense. We are so proud of our hire of Coach Huff and we can’t wait for him to get to work with our boys.  Welcome aboard Coach and good luck. Go Dawgs.
