The Royals have hired Bradley Boone as their next head football coach. Bradley has been on staff the last several years.

Bradley was a QB on my last team at Mason County, 2014. Never threw an Interception his senior year and we won every regular season game when he was our QB.

His Dad is old Royals football and basketball coach, Henry Boone. Henry was a great QB at Maysville HS for Homer Goins & Tom Becherer.

Good luck to Bradley & the Royals!

Looks like Boone had been on staff as an assistant for six years at his alma mater. Looks to be a good hire for the Royals.

I have seen it multiple times, The loyal coach/ assistant coach at Alma mater gets over looked, for the splash hire, and finally gets his shot. Many times that coach will be successful and be the coach for years to come. It means more to those coaches. Good Luck Coach Boone.
