South Laurel 66 North Laurel 54

South led by as many as 21, but the Jaguars scrapped back and cut it to seven in the fourth quarter — not against the SL subs, either — to make it interesting.

:scared: :D

:thumb: Congrats to South Laurel!!

From my view point of the game South seems to be coasting by. Their not bringing there "A" game, and at this point in the season if you don't bring your best game someone is going to pull the upset. Hopefully they can get back on track before March, other wise they are going to have a very short post season.

Hammonds had 24 ,and I think Smith had 14, with Proffitt finishing with 11, eight of those in the fourth quarter. South with the exception of Hammonds had a very poor shooting night.

They'll be fine.

South doesn't seem to be as powerful as in years past. Am I correct?

No, South still can make a run this season ...

South can make a run because they are huge favorites in their district and region. If they were in the 7th, 11th, 10th etc. the Cards would just be another good team.

South is not the team they were in the last 2 years..yeah theyll polly go to Rupp, but they prolly wont make it far at rupp..

North always play hard against their crosstown rivals. I hope they have rebounded from their controversey.
