Cooper/SC winner will take on Highlands/Woodford County.

    Goes by RPI in round 3. These two have the lowest RPI in that side of the bracket so they will travel to Cooper, I'm pretty sure.

    Okay I didn't see that, I just seen the bracket that had NL/SW and Pulaski County on it.
