Garrard County 35 Elizabethtown 7

Featured Replies

Garrard County dominated from the start, rushing for over 300 yards in the first half and taking a running clock into the locker room at halftime. Outstanding game for Golden Lion senior running back Cam Peak who was over 250 yards for the night. Lions improve to 8-3 and remain undefeated at their new stadium. They'll travel for round two at Louisville Central.

Congratulations Garrard County! Spencer Crutchfield has done a phenomenal job at his school.

They seemed to have turned a corner this year. The senior class isn't huge, but they are all very solid players. Some good players sprinkled throughout the lower grades and a really large, solid group of 8th graders coming in next year. Future looks pretty bright.
