Hazard comes in at 5-4 on the season. They will welcome in the 6-2 Clay County Tigers.

Both these teams are coming in off losses last week. Hazard lost to Pikeville 24-6, while Clay County was throddled by Bell County 49-6.

Hazard needs this win to boost its RPI. But who knows how things will finish up. Clay County can also use this win to boost its RPI too.  Who wins this matchup?

    Both teams coming off physical weeks I think Hazard comes back to regain some momentum going into the playoffs. This last week should make 1A very interesting!

    I absolutely agree. Those RPI numbers between Raceland, Hazard, Pikeville will be close. I’m also gonna throw Williamsburg in there because they sit at 6-1 on the season and there only loss is to this Clay County team. Williamsburg lead that game late in the 3rd 18-7 before Clay put up 20 unanswered points. Williamsburg best win is probably against District foe Middlesboro who had like 5-6 kids suspended for that game.
