@Mustang I’m sure will have more stats than me.  I also wanted to say he is one of the most dedicated supporters of high school athletics.  Wishing you well this season!

Bracken County led 32-7 after three varsity quarters with the the JV Mustangs scoring to make it 32-14 final.

Bishop Brossart 7 varsity points came on a heads up play.  Keegan Gulley caught a pass which was then fumbled and instantly picked up by Cameron Mandel for a touchdown.  Before that a 70 yard fumble recovery TD was called back for a block in the back.

I was very impressed by Polar Bears Daulton Tarter (RB) and Caleb Emery (lineman).

Getting caught up.  Thanks for the Kudos.

Bracken County obviously farther along than us in this one with a veteran battery of Whitten at quarterback and Tartar running roughshod out of the backfield.  Tarter is coming off of a 1,400 yards season, and looks for more of the same and more again here in 2024.

Mustangs have the tools, but will have to fit all of the pieces into the puzzle.

Unfortunately, I do not have stats.  I have added a new operating system and broadcast platform to my broadcast laptop, and was testing it during this scrimmage.

Brossart will be back in action this Friday, August 1 6th in our final pre-season scrimmage at Sayre.

Proud of “old dog” or in this case “an old horse” trying to stay current with technology.  You go, Mustang!
