Dornach wins at second longest odd at 17-1.   Mindframe and Sierra Leone finish 2 and 3.   The race was run at Saratoga because of renovations underway at Belmont Park on Long Island.   Also, the race was 1 1/4 miles rather than the usual 1 1/2miles.   Thus concludes the 2024 Triple Crown.

Definitely not a fan of shortening the race, though I understand the venue change causes challenges.  I completely forgot this was happening - first triple crown race I've failed to watch in a while.

 I heard the race was shortened because to run it at 1.5 miles, it would have to start on a curve. 

Didn’t realize that Jayson Werth was a co-owner of Dornoch.
