2nd round at Valley 6pm

I will be at Valley tonight with updates.

8 minutes until tipoff

Very light crowd for this one. It's very nasty rainy night I'm sure that played into it.

Both teams extremely patient on offense to start this one. Trinity leads 4 to 2 halfway thru the first quarter.

End of first quarter Trinity 15 Eastern 13.

3:24 to go in half Trinity leads 22 to 16. Drae Vasser with 10 points leads the Rocks.

Halftime Trinity 25 Eastern 24. This one is much closer than I'm sure anyone expected. This is my first time seeing Eastern this year and I'm very impressed with them they are very patient and can really shoot it.

Drae Vasser for Trinity has 13 points. Eastern is balanced and has shot 5 for 9 from 3 pt range.

Trinity leads 27 to 25 five minutes to go in third quarter. One thing I find very odd in this game is Trinity coach Mike Szabo is sitting 95% of time and showing zero emotion which is strange in this close of game. I know he missed coaching in all the King of the Bluegrass games because of illness not sure if this is related, he upset or something else?

End of third quarter Trinity 41 Eastern 33.

Trinity starting to pull away and on a 10 to 0 run. They lead 46 to 33. 6:43 remain.

Trinity leads 49 to 37 3:54 left

Drae Vasser has completely taken over for Trinity. Very good player.
